Well, Zelbots believe everything from the Daily Mail and the AP about Ukraine so of course they believe a Biden administration official.

Taking Crimea will be very hard. Troops would have to be either trough the narrow isthmus or a dangerous sea crossing.

Those same factors make besieging it quite easy. With Ukrainian forces in position, all supplies in and out can be blocked.

Eventually, Russian troops will have to surrender because there is no way to resupply them.

USA defense budget is $1.64 trillion per year.

Ukraine spending is a drop in that bucket to demolish the armed forces of our second largest rival.

And the Biden Administration would never tell a lie to Congress or the American people.

That was my first thought.

Okay, I just listened to the Scott Ritter interview and the Russian General Valery Zaluzhny said he needs:

300 tanks
500 infantry fighting vehicles
500 modern artillery tubes
unlimited ammunition

By the time we are able to get them there, the war may already be over. That's not something you can pack up & deliver in a week, or even a month. Now if the Russians hold off for 5 months, they might get them in time, but that's not the reality.

You have yet to explain how this is a priority over our problems at home. As for the Budapest Memorandum we would be complying with it if we kept our tax dollars and weapons to ourselves. The Memorandum only provides relief to Ukraine by going the the UN Security Council. It does not require us to fight a proxy war with money we don’t have. The document is hideously stupid and could only be created by the morons at the State Department. Russia and the United States are permanent member of the Security Council with the ability to veto. It’s a meaningless piece of paper. I don’t give a damn about the UN. America needs to act in its interests. Only globalists care about the UN and they go searching for some greater meaning in things like the Budapest Memorandum. Face it, you don’t give a damn about America and you will search high and low for some inane rationalization to support one of the world’s most corrupt counties with tax dollars we don’t have and causing a negative economic impact in America and the world that will last at least a decade.

It’s just a lie to get more money. Many in our government are so compromised by the money laundering in the Ukraine, even lies like “Ukraine can win!” are fine with them - they’ll send more tax money to the globalists via Zelensky’s money laundromat. Biden needs new shoes - donate more to Zelensky!

Correct. Like you said that's why we are not going to the UN Security Council for obvious reasons.

But we "owe" Ukraine.

Even though we have the right to make the decision and not to provide support to Ukraine. But that's not the moral thing to do.

It's a bipartisan issue. You see Democrats and Republicans working together supporting Ukraine.

The only catch is that this is not a blank check. At some point, the war needs to end. But it means that Ukraine remains intact and that Russia is not going to invade Ukraine again in the future.

BFD. We don’t have the tax dollars to pay for it. Last month the budget deficit was $249 billion. That’s money we don’t have. Add up a few of those monthly deficits and see what happens to the nation debt and the economy. The defense budget needs to be cut along with the rest of the federal budget. The cuts in the defense budge begin with not waging war (by proxy) where we have no interests.

By the way, your argument fails. A huge defense budget has nothing to do with interests in Ukraine and does zero to solve problem here in America. You were unable to answer my simple question.

It seems to me people who want to steal from Americans by printing money and sending it to foreigners know that, they know what you are saying, and don’t see anything wrong with that.

We don’t owe Ukraine a damn thing. It’s not a bipartisan issue. It’s a uniparty and military industrial complex wish list. If this is anyone’s problem, it’s Europe’s problem. They are basically doing nothing. Don’t spend America deeper into debt for a corrupt and meaningless government.

Exactly. They must be on the take. It’s a terrible existence, relying on others’ dollars while producing nothing of value. Shameful.
