29 states have passed a resolution to call a Convention of States to create a balanced budget amendment. Only 5 more are needed. 44 states have passed a similar resolution but not all in effect at the same time.

We do NOT need a balanced budget amendment. We need to cap spending based on our national cumulative income. Say 10% of cumulative AGI. Otherwise, the morons in Congress will just raise our taxes.
