Is MacGregor on dope? He’s been about 100% wrong since the beginning of the war. He strikes me as an American Coriolanus: wrongfully denied promotion and honors due him by a hidebound Pentagon, he’s determined to back America’s enemies in revenge.

Macgregor is not actually predicting a Russian offensive that steamrolls over Ukraine.
He's praying for it to happen so he can pretend he has any remaining credibility.
