But if the government won’t prosecute them they aren’t criminals anymore.

Why do you think they call it the “criminal justice system” and not the “victim justice system”?

. . . the justice system is geared to defend criminals, not their victims.

Criminals are useful to the Deep State. Crime victims, not so much.

“saying that the justice system is geared to defend criminals, not their victims”

Yes, exactly right. Victims are not on trial in the justice system, so there is no need to set up the justice system to defend them.

Anarcho-tyranny is the dehumanizing state of affairs whereby the state refuses to prosecute violent crime, yet still vigorously enforces even the most unjust and petty laws against ordinary people.

From a review (written by a German) of Nikki's book on Amazon:

It is truly unbelievable that, to this day, policymakers do not understand how arms laws work. Strict gun laws always hit righteous citizens because they adhere to them. They have little or no effect on criminals, since it is part of the nature of criminals to disregard laws.

Göser was also interviewed by German media. Göser says that every question the German interviewer asked her was to feel the disapproval of private gun possession. She could not understand this, because the US is well aware of what German media has been consistently concealing in Germany for decades: the German weapons law was used by the National Socialists from 1933 to 1938 to consistently disarm Jews and political opponents. It was only after the disarmament that deportation and murder took place.

Says it all.

That really does need to be addressed, but there are also benefits to protecting criminal rights. If you protect the criminal’s rights, and he/she receives a conviction, the ability to win on appeal is greatly reduced.

On the other hand, protecting the criminal at the expense of thevictim is far from reasonable justice. But then, people have become horribly stupid over the last few years. They have to receive emergency phone warnings telling them not to drive due to heavy snow of 1” and that it’s cold outside 🙄
