It looks like the snowflake who ran the world's largest crypto money-laundering scheme has gotten himself temporarily freed from prison thanks to his mommy and daddy.
From CNBC:
His parents, both Stanford Law professors, were present in the courtroom. Bankman-Fried was flanked by two U.S. Marshals, dressed in a suit and tie.
Bankman-Fried's parents would put up the equity in their home to partially satisfy bail conditions. As part of the release, Bankman-Fried would be released into the custody of his parents home.
I'm pretty sure SBF bought his parents $30 million or so in real estate, so I have to wonder how much of this is his parents helping and how much is SBF helping himself.
Bankman-Fried had previously claimed that he was down to a mere $100,000.

Bankman-Fried was indicted in the Southern District of New York on eight counts including securities fraud and money laundering. Judge Gabriel Gorenstein said that Bankman-Fried would require "strict" supervision following his release to his parents' home in California.
So do you guys think this guy is gonna just disappear or be Epsteined (or both)?
Or do you think he'll be the fall guy for everyone involved?

Bankman-Fried’s bail dwarfs other federal white-collar bonds. Bernie Madoff posted a $10 million bond while awaiting trial on his multibillion-dollar Ponzi scheme. Jeff Skilling, former Enron CEO, posted a $5 million bond, while Elizabeth Holmes, Theranos founder, posted a scant $500,000.
Cool that the two US Marshals wore proper court attire of suite & tie.
Very sad such a young man is feeling so suicidal. His family will miss him in a couple weeks.

The bond was secured by equity in his family home, and by the signatures of his parents and two other individuals with “considerable” assets.
I would like to have only 100k to my name.
Even a Bail Bond costs 10% of the bail, so he would have had to cough up $25 million. He might have put up properties as collateral.
ALL a show to make sure Trump is held on a multi billion dollar bail when Merrick sends his FBI Stasi goons to arrest him. That is if the FBI Stasi just don’t murder Trump outrights and plant a gun on him saying “He tried to shoot his way out just like he “lunged” for his limo driver.”

In normal bail arrangements, the defendant puts up 10-12%, non-refundable….the price one pays to not have to sit in a jail waiting on and during their trial.
So, his folks put up $25,000,000 that they’ll never get back? Hmmmm.
One would think any assets they have, if obtained from their son, would be frozen and not available.
Stanford must pay well.
Somebody didn’t want this man walking around............................or breathing..................
They will probably do that on Christmas Eve or Christmas day just to make their point
