Rep. Thomas Massie took a shot at Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on social media before skipping his speech on Capitol Hill, joining other Republicans in an apparent boycott of the wartime leader’s address.
“I’m in DC but I will not be attending the speech of the Ukrainian lobbyist,” Massie (R-Ky.) wrote in a Twitter post Wednesday, minutes before the Ukrainian leader thanked lawmakers for providing US military aid to Ukraine.
“It is not charity. Charity would be given freely. The American taxpayers have been conscripted into making welfare payments to this foreign government,” Massie said of the billions of dollars in aid sent to Ukraine as it fights off Russian invaders.
Sens. Rand Paul (R-Ky.), Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) and Mike Lee (R-Utah) — who have also openly questioned the need for more US aid for Ukraine — reportedly were not in attendance for Zelensky’s remarks either, according to NBC News reporter Julie Tsirkin.
Right-wing firebrand Reps. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) and Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.) did not applaud as Zelensky entered the chamber to a rousing standing ovation from the vast majority of lawmakers in attendance, according to multiple reports.

I was at party on Wednesday. Upon my arrival I was treated to the Zelensky speech and a bunch of libs who “stand with Ukraine”.
Later that evening we played LP’s. The Frank Zappa song, “I’m the Slime” was played. Lyrics in the song like “I’m a tool of the Government and Industry to for I am destined to rule and regulate you.” “Have You Guessed me yet? I’m the Slime Oozing Out of Your TV Set”. Then I listened everybody proclaim what a genius Zappa was. I chimed in and said “Yeh, I am amazed that so many people do what ever their TV set tells them to do. Maybe if Trump had somehow made “Fake News” rhyme and turn it into a song you would call Trump a genius”. Went down hill quickly after that.

I live in a blue hole and too many brainwashed college friends from way back. But when the opportunity to make a point becomes so obvious, it is good to make it. If just one of those people considers what I was pointing out (and what Zappa was pointing out) it is worth it. Having Zappa on your side is powerful!
That was great!!!! I am so tired of hearing Ukraine, Ukraine, Ukraine! It’s like the Russia, Russia, Russia we heard for 5 darn years from the left. Zelenski , his wife and their politicians are nothing but husslers (urban dict.) Their flag should never ever been held up in our government chambers. It makes our politicians look like Zelenski flunkies.

That was the perfect afterthought. Can’t get enough of people who are as sick and tired of the NWO/WEF bullpoop foisted on the world. We need people to stand up against them everywhere.
