Now and again I visit friends of mine in western Pennsylvania. I prefer the back roads. My route takes me past a huge abandoned coal-fired power plant. The plant goes on for blocks and blocks. I know it’s coal-fired because of the coal chutes. The buildings looks modern.
Yet it is closed. I wonder if its closure has anything to do with Pennsylvania’s power shortage. 🤔

Is thst in or around Washington County, near Pittsburgh? If so, I've driven by it too, huge place.
