Two thing is crystal clear from the 9+ months war in Ukraine.
1) NATO is a paper tiger having invested much smaller fraction of their GDP in military
2) USA is now has biggest debt in world history with national debt 160% of GDP. Prestty soon the cost of servicing this debt with exceed Trillion dollars every year for infinite years. Every dollar sent to corrupt Ukraine adds to that ugly debt.
We sent 100 billion to Ukraine last year out of a total 6.6 trillion in spending to neutralize the russian military. US also spent $360 billion on climate change, including 60 billion last year on alleviating climate change inequity.
