Interesting to read. I suspect these are lies, although not very good ones. The reason Romney voted yes is because he was paid to vote yes. In other words, Romney sold his yes vote.

No. The reason Romney voted for it is because he's a hard leftist and always has been. Go back and listen to his debates with Ted Kennedy when running against him for senate in 1994. Romney ran to Kennedy's left. Think about that.

I don’t care why he did it. He always does this. Eject him from the party. We don’t have a majority anyway. Why allow him in on caucuses and fundraise for his campaigns. He consistently sucks.
