President Biden on Thursday marked the swearing-in of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu by saying that his administration will continue to support the two-state solution in the Middle East, warning that he will oppose policies that endanger it.
Netanyahu, the former prime minister, was sworn in on Thursday after he teamed up with far-right parties to form a conservative coalition and win the election in November.
“As we have throughout my Administration, the United States will continue to support the two state solution and to oppose policies that endanger its viability or contradict our mutual interests and values,” Biden said in a statement.
He said he looks forward to working with Netanyahu, who he said “has been my friend for decades.”
Biden has consistently promoted two states as the best path forward for the Palestinians and Israelis. The president was among the earliest supporters of a two-state solution.

Here is the equation Netanyahu has to solve.
Has the Ukraine-Russia war depleted the outrage tank enough to press a deal with the real players in the region to get the Palestinians into election booths ever 3 to 6 years so whomever is elected can pretend to be a responsible nation.
Anything short of full scale military action in the region would hardly be noticed at this time, best time to cut a deal and press the real players to cut the Palestinians off the gravy train. Without the foreign funds supporting the unbalanced, the choice of a moderately educated Palestinian working somewhere in africa might just empty out the disputed territories.
My theory is something in a remote part of IRAN will blow up in the middle of the night during 2023 and it will click the counters across the world...with no claim of responsibility.

Two state solution? Keep trying that. It works sooo well. I guess Biden and the establishment at State are not onto the overall goal of the Abraham Accords. That to establish treaties with everyone except the Palestinians.
The true two-state solution is Texas and Florida.
