This is very bad. The Deep State now sees an opportunity to weaken the GOP and perhaps manipulate Democrat control over the House in the process.

The GOP has been weakening itself for several years now. They can't pull a stunt like supporting that worthless spending bill and expect things to be hunky dory. The GOP needs to start listening to their voters or they need to close up shop.
