Wasn’t this a sellout? If they get what is promised (no more Omnibus, 12 separate department funding bills, and a minimum of 72 hours to review each) then this is the greatest political victory since Obama created the Omnibus.

Rogers the RINO made a fool out of himself. He was lucky others restrained him.
Gates was not physically attacking Rogers. That make Rogers the bad guy because he was unable to restrain his temper.
