A quick perusal of Wikipedia,
“The original AFTN [Areonautical Fixed Telecommunication Network]infrastructure consisted of landline teleprinter links between the major centers. Some long distance and international links were based on duplex radioteletype transmissions and leased lines. When it upgraded to CIDIN (Common ICAO Data Interchange Network), it was upgraded to X.25 links at much higher data rates. As the Aeronautical Message Handling System (AMHS) comes online over the next decade, it will switch to X.400 links, with either dedicated lines or tunneled through IP.”

It looks to me like they were still using 1960s era teletypes until they switched to X.25 not long ago. They are now upgrading to X.400. It looks like Europe and most of the rest of the world switched to AMHS X.400 a while ago.
I wonder if there was a screwup at the FDA in converting to the new system?

Haven’t flown since just before 9-1-1 & from what I hear about security & the airlines now, I guess I won’t be likely to fly any more at all. I would just as soon take a bus now.
Government is incompetent because government employees are incompetent and government employees hire incompetent contractors that waste even more money than incompetent government employees.
I believe this event event is cover for the panic attack of migration that is being rammed down our th roads by the previous Congress and Mitch mcconnell.
They have determined that they can somehow use this type of event to cover for the way they are moving illegal immigrants directly into the country via air flights from other countries without the proper channels being followed and as a means for hiding what they.
This is the result of the Congress who has the purse strings taking over from the cartel that has been running the uniparty and this nation for the last 50 years.
This is one of their plans and strategies for implementing the takeover of the United States. Fortress America is no more.
