The expensive and war winning stuff sent to Ukraine is 155mm and M142/M240 artillery systems with ammo, counter-battery radars, AA systems.
These things are next to impossible to sell in some African conflicts as the Africans couldn’t even use them and thus would not pay.
Even these (likely fabricated) news items are about silly small-time stuff like small arms ammo.
