Note the woman in the linked article reports that the guy who staked her and wound up killing her husband is due to be released in 10 years. What then?

And American women claim they are receiving "unwanted" attention when they encourage it. The words "harassment" and "stalking" have become corrupted by overuse and culture of victimization.
