Russian missile attacks hit critical infrastructure in Kyiv and the eastern city of Kharkiv on Saturday morning, officials said, and the governor of another region warned that a massive missile strike could follow in the coming hours.

Reuters journalists heard a series of blasts in Kyiv before the air raid siren even sounded, which is highly unusual. Officials told residents to stay in shelters.

“Explosions in Dniprovskiy district. All agencies heading to the site. Stay in your shelters!” Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko wrote on the Telegram messaging app.

This is fake news - everyone knows Russia’s out of ammo and have lost the war. I read it here.

Funny how they keep turning Kiev’s energy off, maintain air-superiority and still have almost all the real estate they took.

Nearly as unforgivable as what we did to the Serbs.

The USA is, seriously, becomming a nation of lies, corruption and injustice. We are due for some very painful lessons.

Hate to say that, but it’s true

The importance of public opinion is overblown, nevertheless, those who’ve made their opinions public in support of this underhanded, dishonest fiasco are at the height of “anti-American”.

The Maidan Coup and the interference with Minsk II are going to be watershed moments.

I can’t help but wonder Merkel is thinking here. She’s at a ceremony three years ago with US puppet Zelensky shaking uncontrollably. Zelensky pretends he doesn’t notice.

But Russia ran out of missiles in February! /sarc

I suspect that the Russians now are mass producing hypersonic cruise missiles and are beginning to use them.

How many people in congress who support giving billions to Ukraine are getting kickbacks in the form of campaign contributions? There is no way in hell America has any reason to send billions to a corrupt puppet who has Soros pulling his strings. People are getting paid for their support. Our government is made up of greedy scum. I would rather see Russia end this war to stop the corrupt money from coming into the pockets of our suck ass politicians. The Ukrainian people are victims in this too.

I suppose if you’re a Russian then yours would be an expected opinion.

Too bad. I hope the new armor Ukraine is receiving does more ‘unforgivable’ damage to the Russian invaders!

I reject and condemn your assertion.

You are completely detached from reality. You are selfishly living your life in an old black and white movie, too lazy to even try understanding what is going on.

Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan, Serbia, etc., etc., were disasters of no benefit to anyone...and you want more.

Your false view of the world is being tossed in the trash and it’s nobody’s fault but YOURS.

And you people who behave like this MeganC character have turned FR into a miniature Babylon Bee with your repetitive, bloodthirsty, asinine regurgitations.

I agree wholeheartedly. The years of being the good guy or supporting the good guys in an intervention are along gone.
Now we choose some lowlife scum like Zelensky and prop him up endelessly as our tool, lying to the public nonstop about the truth. Former lowlife props include Hashim Thaci, head of KLA, best friend of Bill Clinton, also brought to the white house and glorified as he was made president of KOSOVO.

Another tool we created was Bin Laden. There are many more.

Hopefully some day we can once again be a great and ethical country. Today is not the day.
So to those critics, Stuff It.

If you post that direction, though, you get all the namecalling as if you are a traitor.

It depends which ammunition you are talking about.

The modern Russian missiles used massively in the beginning of the war have now nearly disappeared, they are few. They have been replaced by much older and less accurate systems. Iran is also helping Russia with massive shipments of Iranian made drones - the are used extensively by Russia on civilian infrastructure in Ukraine : electric production, water supply, sewer system, etc...

Russia also has some hypersonic missiles, but they are extremely expensive ten’s of millions of Dollars each. And they don’t have many of these.

When it comes to artillery shells, Russia still has massive amounts inherited from WWII Sovietunion. They have been shelling Ukraine with an average of 50.000 of those shells every day during long periods of the war.

https://taskandpurpose.com/news/russia-artillery-rocket-strikes-east-ukraine/

However they are down to only 20.000 a day as it stand right now.

And you and your little friends have turned Free Republic into a hostile, mean spirited, intimidating, and bullying website. You think you can shut down everyone who doesn’t agree with the Russian point of view with your provocations, personal insults, and profanity.

You’re just making some of us angry.

“You’re just making some of us angry.”

Who cares. The reason you feel personally insulted is because it is you who is personally saying things that are ridiculous and childish. Foolishly calling for a repeat of previous disasters. People are getting killed. You are not sitting on your sofa waiving a flag while watching a movie.

Like this USA-FRANCE character saying Russian missiles “are nearly disappeared” when 80 of them were launched TODAY.
