Looks like the child used to wear a leg brace and the brace was removed too early. That, or she had a broken thighbone that was poorly reset.

It has been reported in mainstream media that the alleged murderer in Idaho of four kids - had been addicted to drugs and was in and out of rehab.
In and out of rehab - ala Hunter and Ashley Biden - for over a decade. This isn’t even disputed.
it’s absolutely outrageous that Hunter Biden, who was begging men on the 10 most wanted list - to send him Crack - had access to Biden’s office’s and hired Joe’s Office Manager, who is linked to China, and is suspiciously, ridiculously overqualified.

Joe will take showers with her like he does with the country.
Court is demanding a complete list of ALL THE BUYERS OF Hunter’s “Artwork”.
They are searching for evidence of his income to readjust the child support payments.
Another CHINK IN THE BIDEN ARMOR?

I can’t believe I’m about to say this, but I agree with Hunter Biden on two issues:
(1) This child should not be burdened with his surname (or anything else that would connect her to the Bidens).
(2) He should continue to stay away from this child. In fact, she should be kept safely away from him, his father, and the rest of the Biden family.
