Hunter Biden’s $49,910 Rent Exactly Matches $49,910 Deposit on Office Shared with Chinese Energy Company

Hunter Biden’s monthly rent of $49,910 matches a rental deposit at the House of Sweden related to the Biden family business venture with the infamous CEFC China Energy Co. Hunter’s $49,910 deposit also matches the amount of money he logged on a 2018 background check document unearthed by the New York Post’s Miranda Devine.

In an email on October 13, 2017, Cecilia Browning, the general manager of House of Sweden, an office complex in Washington, DC, emailed Hunter about a lease that Hunter and his Chinese business partners were trying to terminate, according to emails unearthed from Hunter’s “Laptop from Hell.”

$50,000 must be some kind of international interpol threshold, or something of that sort.

The good news is... They never catch the smart ones and Hunter and his dad Biden are pretty dumb if they are using the same amount for deposit for one transaction, as they are for another. Even an American grand jury can figure that one out.

Seems to be a reasonable conclusion.

https://wise.com/us/blog/international-wire-transfer-regulations

"Ultimately, there are only two key things you need to know about international money transfer laws and the IRS. The first is that your bank will automatically report transfers over $10,000. The second is that if you hold $50,000 or more in foreign bank accounts, you’ll need to complete an additional form with your annual tax return."

He was NOT paying RENT to his Father....that amount was the deposit for the OFFICE of his Failed Law Firm, OWASCO pc. It is a VERY confusing form and Hunter is sloppy, but please re-read the form.

poor attempt at money laundering, but hey the FBI/DOJ could care less, so full speed ahead. i think at this point there could be video evidence of joe and hunter handing over TS/SCI docs for a wheelbarrow of cash with chinese hookers and the FBI/DOJ would yawn...or help them push the wheel barrow

No, and the MSM isn't about to start. It must freak them out however because today's mockingbird memo is for the propaganda organs to parrot phrases like "hunter's alleged payments spark conspiracy theories" with a generous sprinkling of "Republicans pounce".

~~~
You don’t have to be smart. You just have to be democrat.
Whether you are smart or dumb, they will usually catch you, or at least know it’s going on.
They knew what was going on basically the whole time. Then he became president, and the real campaign wasn’t to win the election, the campaign was by the dark state to conceal from the public what they knew so well. It’s still going on... rather effectively under the circumstances.
Other than Biden’s red faced classified documents, you aren’t hearing jack from anything in the MSM about this stuff.
<><>DOJ looking into why Hunter Biden was financially tied to a Chinese energy company
<><>New evidence indicates Hunter got $4.8M from CEFC China Energy
By KELLY MCCLURE
Nights & Weekends Editor
PUBLISHED MARCH 30, 2022 6:34PM (EDT)
The investigation into Hunter Biden’s financial dealings is ramping up, with potentially condemning new evidence discovered that ties President Biden’s son to a Chinese energy conglomerate named CEFC China Energy.
In a review published by The Washington Post today they detail that over the course of 14-months CEFC China Energy paid $4.8 million “to entities controlled by Hunter Biden and his uncle.” Evidence to this fact was landed upon with the use of government records, court documents, newly available bank statements and emails pulled from a copy of a hard drive from a laptop believed to have once belonged to Hunter Biden, according to The Washington Post.
Although the new evidence does not indicate that President Biden was personally involved in these CEFC dealings, or that he benefitted from them in any way, there is evidence that Hunter Biden leveraged his father’s influence, and contacts President Biden has made over the years, for his own financial gain.
Among the newly discovered materials is a $1 million legal retainer signed by Hunter Biden for the representation of a CEFC official named Patrick Ho “who would later be charged in the United States in connection with a multimillion-dollar scheme to bribe leaders from Chad and Uganda,” according to The Washington Post.
Hunter Biden has been under federal tax investigation since 2018, specifically in relation to income obtained from business deals with China, but nothing solid has come from it until around 2020.
Along with the large sum of money received from CEFC, evidence has revealed that Hunter Biden was also gifted a 2.8-carat diamond from Chinese energy tycoon Ye Jianming. The diamond, which Hunter claimed was only worth around $10,000, but is actually valued at more along the lines of $80K, was brought up in the divorce proceedings between Hunter and ex-wife Kathleen Buhle, according to The New Yorker.
The diamond was reportedly given to Hunter in 2017 when Hunter met with Jianming in Miami hoping to get his donation to the World Food Program USA nonprofit that Hunter was a board member of. During a dinner that took place on that trip, Hunter offered to use his contacts to nail down investment opportunities for CEFC China Energy and Jianming was so pleased with this, according to The New Yorker, he sent the diamond to Hunter’s hotel room as a gift of appreciation.
“I knew it wasn’t a good idea to take it. I just felt like it was weird,” Hunter said to The New Yorker, claiming to have handed it off to an associate.
UPenn Can’t Explain Mystery Donation From Chinese Company
Washington Free Bacon ^ | AUGUST 3, 2020 | Alana Goodman
Posted on 8/5/2020, 4:44:03 PM by Rebelbase
The University of Pennsylvania pocketed a $3 million donation last year from a mysterious Hong Kong shell company that is owned by a Shanghai businessman with deep ties to Chinese government officials.
The donation from Xu Xeuqing, who has no apparent connection to the University of Pennsylvania and was previously embroiled in a Shanghai public corruption scandal, raises questions about the true source of the money. Documents reviewed by the Washington Free Beacon show Xeuqing has close ties to the Chinese Communist Party.
China has poured money into American universities in recent years, in part to buy influence on campuses, experts say. The donation comes as federal prosecutors have increased scrutiny on the Chinese government’s influence-buying and espionage operations at American universities.
“Unequivocally they’re using the money they’re providing the universities to garner influence there,” said Ben Freeman, the director of the Foreign Influence Transparency Initiative at the Center for International Policy. “It’s not the sole motive, but it’s one of a variety of motives.”
Foreign money has poured into the school over the past few years with a significant portion coming from China. The Ivy League school received $61 million in gifts and contracts from China between March 2017 and the end of 2019; over the previous four year period, it took in just $19 million from Chinese donors.
The University of Pennsylvania received the $3 million in question from a Hong Kong-based company called “Nice Famous Corporation Limited,” according to financial disclosures.
