None of their ( WH lawyers ) clearances matter if they did not have a “need to know”. Since they didn’t know what they would find how could they have had a “need to know”?
If one has a TS clearance and assigned to a TS job it is FINE.
Biden should be in prison as TS needs to be in a locked safe, if not being used for official business. I or my SF Intel Sergeant locked the safe every day when we left. Biden had the documents in a closet-not a safe.
