Here is the difference: Trump knew he had files and they were in a locked room at Mar-a-Lago. And the National Archives knew what was there. They had inventoried them.
Joe didn’t know what he had. Or where they were at. They were discovered by uncleared people and the first batch by accident and the WH and the DOJ hid this from the American People for over 2 months. It was clear deception.
If the Senate Dems are onto Joe, he is going to either resign or not run in 2024.

I suspect that Joey B’s mental state has deteriorated to the point that he can no longer reliably be controlled. Heck, he could get them all nuked!
One of (at least) three reasons:
1. They want him gone.
2. They can’t prosecute Trump without throwing Joe under the bus.
3. They want to control the investigation and the narrative.
The Dems have to go after Biden on these classified docs because if they don’t then they won’t be able to go after Trump for the same reason. But there is a lesson for Republicans here. What’s sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander. If Biden goes down because of this then Trump will too, one way or another.
