Yup. The blindly “trust the science” crap is exactly what he warned against.
Agreed. The enemies of our Republic have infiltrated everything.
Five modern Enemies of our Republic:
1. Those who wish to ban free speech by declaring it hate speech and or mis/disinformation and declaring it illegal under penalty of law.
2. Those who oppose our 2nd amendment. Yes, the founding fathers really enumerated the right to bear arms so they would not be easily oppressed by government and have the ability to resist even with arms.
3. Those who harm children by introducing them to sexual acts while not even yet in puberty. Children should not be coerced to make sexual decisions until they’re old enough to eat and vote. Sexual orientation is a choice for adults only.
4. Those advocating for socialism and fascism. They’re two peas in the same pod.
5. Election thieves and cheaters and enablers of the same. Every person gets one vote. Anyone voting illegally should get life in prison.
Ike warned about big science and big government colluding in the passage of his farewell speech right after the part about the military industrial complex. Look it up, it’s a quick read.
I think about that with every article about climate change and Covid.

Yeah, as much as I also think that, at best, the CIA needs reform to kick leftists out, both Markus Wolfe and Ion Mihai Pacepa gave pretty convincing arguments that it was in fact the Communists, whether it be the Cubans or even the Soviets who killed JFK, NOT the CIA (in fact, the whole “the CIA did it” angle was literally part of a disinformation campaign cooked up by the Soviets literally the day after JFK was assassinated, as was LBJ and the like.).
I definitely agreed the various complexes shouldn’t be used, not unless it’s under extremely dire circumstances where there’s no other option.
All the bullets recovered and the casings are Hinckley's, so maybe this ghost company guy got cold feet lofl. Maybe it was James Bond spying on Goldfinger and got distracted by Jill Masterson!
