It's, as of this writing, not at all clear why he was being stopped while driving by the police although it's been rumored that one of the cops declared Tyre tried to get the cop's gun.

It doesn't matter why he was pulled over.

The job of the police is to determine if there's probable cause to arrest a person and hand them up to the next level of the criminal justice system.

Police ARE NOT judge jury and 'executioner'.

These officers had no clue what their job was... They're part of a cult of 'fatherless' sons in a fatherless black culture. They did NOT have the right to mete out punishment. Did not have the right to even consider that option. What happened was murder. What a horror. For everyone.

Do you know if an autopsy was done? I watched all the videos of the incident. Numerous times the cops were saying he was sky high on something, which is why the tasers and pepper spray had no effect. And he failed repeatedly to comply with the officers' directions. This is not to justify what happened, but if the guy had done what the police requested, he would be alive today.

George Floyd died from a drug overdose. Did the beating kill this guy or did he die from something else after three days in the hospital?
