I’d be asking what the payout would be from insurance companies for fire versus govt mandated destruction of flocks due to avian flu.

Where I live in Indiana 100000 chickens is a small flock. Most of our egg producers are at 2 million to 20 million birds. Most ship to east coast or west coast. Eaggs are still under 3 dollars a doz.
