I think it should, but everything is so corrupt now, I doubt that it will be used. Just like the total disinterest by the courts regarding election thefts, crickets.

Yes, RICO should certainly apply, and he should be able to sue the “foundations” that gave succor to these tree hugging “warriors”.

But, like so much else in the judiciary, if the judge’s kid or a Dem supporter’s kids are involved, nothing will happen.

The GA secretary of state does nothing and I assume the faux Republican Gov. Kemp is happy with developments too.
