Since at least the Obamacare decision, Roberts has been and is is my least favorite of the GOP-appointed justices, but this attack on his wife is utterly ridiculous. The woman is paid legal recruiter. So what? Is there even one iota of evidence that Mrs Roberts provided some sort of special access to anyone based on her husband’s position? Is there even one iota of evidence that John Roberts in any way gave special treatment or favors to lawyers recruited by his wife or law firms that paid her? I seriously doubt that. I mean, come on. Hunter, Jim and Joe Biden become business partners with ChiCom intelligence officers and no one cares, that Mrs John Roberts being a legal head hunter is some kind of scandal? Give me a break.

I wish people would stop using the term “nuclear codes” in reference to what the President has. First, they are not codes and do not really have anything to do with nuclear weapons, its just an authenticator to verify the President’s, or designated successor’s, identity in communications with the people who actually do have nuclear codes. Second, they don’t actually have them in their physical possession. Lastly, if there is even a hint that those authenticators are compromised they are immediately superseded and replaced. I am surprised that Cruz said that, either he is unaware that the President does not have actual “nuclear codes” or he did it knowingly to express a point.

What the spineless Trump appointees to SCOTUS as well as spineless squish Roberts failed to realize is refusing to hear the 2020 election case wasn’t going to avoid politics. It was always going to be seen as being overtly political. And it was.
There was massive election fraud. Most of the country knows it despite the constant lies of the corporate media/big tech. The SCOTUS has shown they will go right along with it - at least so long as the Washington uniparty Establishment supports it. How could that do anything other than torpedo their credibility with the public?
We all remember how SCOTUS was perfectly willing to get involved (which they should have been) when it was a Bush’s election that was on the line.
