There is now a CODE in your medical record. These records aren’t stored by the federal government, but are in the EMR of your health care professional(s).
Canada does have one common health care system where records are shared across the entire system, the US does not... don’t believe me? Every change physicians or insurance companies that are not related?
Getting your medical record shared isn’t nearly as clean as it should be.
So yes, your medical record at your provider will have an ICD code for your Covid status, just like they do for your flu vaccine status etc... why do you think they ask you those questions every time you visit.
However, No, there isn’t some big giant controlling authority that all those records flow to.

It’s some kind of pre-existing Z code relating to vaccination with a 3 and a 1 or 0 added at the end to make it specific to the gene therapy injections.
There was a thread about this a couple of weeks ago. Someone had already changed their tag line to the offending code and there was talk about making T-shirts up.

The real purpose - as it always is - is about CONTROL. Centralized control of the health records of every citizen. The federal government, thanks to (HIPAA, EMR’s and the ACA) and the Patriot Act, can pretty much access anyone’s private medical records, anytime they want. I’m not even talking about Medicare and Medicaid. They just need a “reason” (cue the Patriot Act).
FAQ ON GOVERNMENT ACCESS TO MEDICAL RECORDS
For anyone to think that an intrusive government will respect individual privacy is naive. Covid probably erased that belief in a lot of people.
The same overbearing and intrusive government that forced Americans to be test subjects for experimental gene therapy via unconstitutional mandates, only just seems to have backed off by cancelling the mandates. Their work continues - quietly and out of sight. It’s possible or even likely, that most EMR’s indicate Covid vax status, or the process to do so is ongoing.
Our current government is all in with the globalist agenda. The work of the cabal is always, always - done secretly, quietly.

Will there be ‘a little something special’ added to injections we’re recommended for various treatments? Is the goal to force the unvaccinated, willing or not?
I ask because I recall a lawsuit after a man who was hospitalized for surgery discovered he had been given the Covid ‘vaccine’ while unconscious, without his consent.
