As a private citizen over the past year, Vindman watched the slow Russian buildup along Ukraines borders and, he said, became concerned about how Kyiv would support and sustain a long conflict. Vindman and his twin brother Yevgeny, also an Army officer, were born in Ukraine and immigrated to the U.S. as children.
Since the invasion last year, the Biden administration has approved hundreds of Bradley fighting vehicles, Strykers, Humvees, mobile howitzer systems and now Abrams tanks for shipment to Ukraine. But those machines must be taken from Ukraine to Poland or other NATO countries for major repairs, costing Ukrainian forces weeks as they wait for their armored vehicles to come back.
Weve got all sorts of resources going into depots and advanced bases in Poland, mainly, and inside Ukraine basically theyre on their own, Vindman said in an interview. Its something he hopes to change in the coming weeks if the money, the support and the workers can be lined up.

The plan is to find 100 to 200 experienced contractors who would travel to Ukraine and embed themselves with small units near the front lines. Under the project, called Trident Support, those contractors would in turn teach the Ukrainian troops how to fix their equipment on the fly.

He’s a Ukrainian Deep State agent. Think about it. First, as a Colonel, he triggers Trump’s second impeachment. Does anyone believe he cooked up the complaint, and that it was given credit and escalated through our FBI/DOJ?
Second, and now as a private citizen, he drums up money support for a major in-house arms effort (which I approve of, btw).
My question is: How does such a mediocre fellow become and stay involved in events at a national level? It seems like he is a pawn who is being pushed. I’d like to know more specifically who is doing the pushing, but that’s too much to expect.

- Vindman hears the phone call and immediately calls Ciaramella.
- Vindman says since he is subject to the USMJ, Ciaramella needs to make the report.
- Ciaramella reports back to Vindman (and ropes his buddy Sean Misko in at this point) -- 'we need to have the 'Whistleblower' form altered so I can report hearsay'.
- Misko is 'recruited' by Schiff to add to his staff specifically for the purpose of altering the 'Whistleblower' form to allow Ciaramella's hearsay.
- Schiff is all-in on the fraud. Adam is relying on his staff to clam up, but once he's called into the 118th GOP House Unimpeachment Committee under oath, he's toast. I mean "Sergeant at Arms! Arrest this man!" on the spot, toast. Why do you think DownLow TappingToe is belligerent about being removed from minority Committee chairs? He's exposed without Committee assignments, and his Fineswine's Senate shot completely compromised.
- Misko tells Schiff his efforts to get the online report form changed (in late July 2019) were no bueno, and that Ciaramella's hearsay 'Whistleblower' report needs Schiff's help exerting the necessary pressure to get the report form altered.
- With the 'Whistleblower' form finally altered by Schiff himself, Ciaramella commits his fraud.
- At the same time this is happening, Pelosi is suckered in by Ciaramella/Misko/Chalupa comrades on Pelosi's staff. She no longer has plausible deniability, and no cover as ex-Minority Leader, other than congressional immunity.
- Schiff will have to specifically explain why Misko was not just hired but recruited.
- Oh and btw, Schiff recruited not one but TWO of Ciaramella's buddys, one just before he got Misko. Where is Abigail Grace??
- Offer Sean Misko or Abagail Grace Congressional immunity, and the whole affair will unravel under oath, possibly resulting in (perjury, suborning perjury, and even the Federal False Claims Act) charges against Vindman and Ciaramella. Schiff will skirt on congressional immunity. Ciaramella would simply 'disappear', Company-style. But Vindman is the uber-easy fall-guy of all freaking time.
