It is San Fransicko after all. I’m pretty sure there would be armed Chabadniks almost any other big city location.
Saw the video: curiously, the folks who were sitting around the area didn’t even duck. One covered her ears. Didn’t seem to actually be a lot of “alarm.” Maybe it was a game of “charades”? The pistol was mostly pointed up so maybe it was part of chicom new year?
