No, it didn’t. Brandon’s D.O.J. was ready, willing and able to prosecute Bannon’s contempt of Congress charge. But, Hunter? Maybe not so much.

Fact is, everyone can ignore any subpoena coming from the House with full confidence that nothing will happen to them.

But if D.O.J. did prosecute? Where did the contempt occur and therefore where must the contempt trial be held? Why the District of Columbia!
