Arizona Appeals Court Denies Kari Lake Lawsuit – Lake Moves to Take Election Fraud Case to Arizona Supreme Court

Kari Lake‘s lawsuit to overturn the rigged and stolen 2022 Gubernatorial Election in Maricopa County was dismissed today in the Arizona Court of Appeals, and she now plans to appeal to the Arizona Supreme Court.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Lake filed a ‘Motion for Transfer‘ in the Supreme Court on December 31, attempting to have her case expedited and bypass the Court of Appeals.

Lake argued that Katie Hobbs’ swearing-in ceremony on January 2 and the “electoral chaos” that targeted and disenfranchised Republican voters in Maricopa County on Election Day justify an immediate decision from the Arizona Supreme Court and a new election.

However, the Supreme Court of Arizona denied a transfer pending a decision from the Appeals Court.

The order denied transfer “without prejudice to seeking expedited review of an adverse decision in either proceeding.”

The Court of Appeals gave the following opinion, affirming the trial court’s decision and denying Kari Lake’s requested relief.

Just as predicted in the week following Nov 8 last year, that Maricopa Superior Court would rule against K Lake and Appeals Court would rubberstamp.

AZ Supreme Court can only consider errors and gaps of lower courts.

Unfortunately, courts these days are not reliable, judges more often take the easy way out.

Precedents exist in AZ for throwing out elections, but those existed at a time when people had grit.

Kari’s supporters should turn out in massive numbers holding a rally in Phoenix counting themselves greater than 1,287,890 and swearing in public they voted for Kari Lake.

It’s the only way to “prove” that Lake won.

So they said “No! No Supreme Court! Go to Appeals Court!” Then it just goes right back to the Supreme Court.

She should spend her time for recall.

The AZ SC was the dead end in 20. Unfortunately it will be again. Among other things the rats learned in 18 & 20 is it damn near impossible to get a court to reverse an election “ result”. That thriving bitch Hobbs knew she could cheat her ass off and get away with it.

The justice system is owned and controlled by the bad guys. The effort to control it began decades ago.

She must wait six months and must collect 25 percent of the votes from the total of all the candidates running. She’ll need at least 640,000 signatures.

The Arizona Court of Appeals is the intermediate appellate court for the state of Arizona. It is divided into two divisions, with a total of twenty-eight judges on the court: nineteen in Division 1, based in Phoenix, and nine in Division 2, based in Tucson.
History
The Arizona constitution was amended in 1960 to authorize a court of appeals, which the legislature created in 1964. The original judges were elected in November 1964. ... Only one judge after the original six received their seat by election. [!!] After the introduction of merit selection in 1975, judges are appointed by the governor to fill vacancies or new positions.
Three-judge panels were added to Division 1 in 1969, 1974, 1982, and 1989. Another judge was added in 1995 “so that the Chief Judge could devote time to the court’s increasing administrative workload.” Division 2 added three judges in 1985. Six more judges were added in 2022, three for each division. Wiki.

Yes like Pa Ga Mi S.C. and a few others all rigged elections.

Democrats want people to believe Biden got 81,000,000 votes Obama didn’t even get that many and he won twice.

They didn’t mail out ballots to every voter in a lot of states when Obama ran, like they did when Biden did. I’m certainly not claiming every Biden vote was legit, because they weren’t, but it shouldn’t be a surprise there were more votes under those conditions.

The issue is that a lot of those mail in vote procedures didn’t follow the law in those states, and nothing was done about it.

Remember the truck driver told one reporter he transferred ballots from on state to another.
Many ballots were made out in advance (dead people) it was one hell of a sloppy scam and the media covered the party for it.
Geotracking and video had hundreds of thousands ballots proved.
