oe Biden has appointed Susan Rice to be the chair of the new “White House Steering Committee on Equity” to conduct a sweeping “racial equity” progressive makeover of the federal government with the establishment of “Agency Equity Teams” in all departments that answer to Rice. Biden issued an executive order on Thursday titled, “Executive Order on Further Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through The Federal Government.”
The Agency Equity Teams will have power and funding to transform the federal government by “Delivering Equitable Outcomes Through Government Policies, Programs, and Activities.” Every year agencies will submit an “Equity Action Plan” to the White House Steering Committee on Equity chaired by Rice. Also, “each Agency Equity Team shall support continued equity training and equity leadership development for staff across all levels of the agency’s workforce.”

this is bad bad bad- because once this gets established, if a republican president fires anyone of the AA hires, that president will be deemed a racist even if that AA hire is totally incompetent and should be fired

Obama had more in mind than being the first Black president of the United States..... he had far more sweeping changes in mind for America, including the destruction of the oil and gas industries in the name of “climate change” and absorbing millions of illegal immigrants as a form of wealth redistribution writ large.
Obama wanted Congress to pass an immigration bill with amnesty and a path to citizenship for millions here illegally. ....When Congress refused, Obama used his power as chief executive to ‘refuse’ to enforce immigration law, encouraging hundreds of thousands more to come into the U.S., confident that they would not be deported......Biden has abandoned any semblance of immigration law. Hundreds of thousands of migrants are now crossing the southern border each month.
What we — the American people — cannot let happen is this “fundamental transformation.” Obama/Biden are now doing.
