Is the NYT trying to discredit the Durham investigation before it announces anything?

Durham could indict half of the Beltway, and the New York Times would never make a retraction.

They’d just concoct another bizarre, false narrative to distract the cell-phone addicted proletariat.

Durham was appointed by Barr, the ultimate swamp monster, so I’ve never really expected him to come up with anything implicating the swamp.

I think indictments are in order and no report.

Empty?

FBI defrauded the federal courts multiple times, paid discredited informants to create knowingly false testimony, hid wrongdoings from the courts, gave bonuses to employees who lied and deceived the courts, sold political hit squad services to preferred Beltway customers, and influenced social media content to rig elections.

No, they're taking the easy layup.

John Durham doesn't even exist and they know it. Beat the rush and take credit for the biggest non-story of the year.

It was designed to fail by he and his pal, Billy Barr.

New York Times says Durham investigation has failed, before report is issued

“Is the NYT trying to discredit the Durham investigation before it announces anything?”

Not at all. They are using words to further the reader’s opinion that the investigation didn’t find anything, whether it was there or not, so it didn’t achieve the effort it was created to do. But it did open the door to lie to their readers about the findings and truth of the investigation.
So instead of saying there wasn’t anything to find which the investigation accomplished, it was identified as a failed effort to not find anything because it was never really there to find and they are lying to the public.

It was actually an effort to create something. Years ago they would have called this a fishing trip. So they aren’t telling the truth of what was accomplished. They are misleading their readers by blaming the investigation for not finding what they wanted. Reverse mislead. Kind of like the question do you only beat your spouse on Tuesdays? There is no correct answer to that.

Remember how they proclaimed him to be a tough fed investigator? He did nothing but rip off the American taxpayers with his overpaid staff, for years. Apparently he can’t find shit on his shoe.

I can’t speak to it comprehensively, but there are big time statute of limitations problems. I expect nothing. Durham is a traitor to his country. There was a seditious conspiracy to overthrow the duly elected president of the United States. That no one will pay any price for that can only encourage further such activity in the future. And it’s Durham’s fault

Durham could be the toughest, most thorough prosecutor ever, with a mountain of evidence, but he’ll never get convictions with the jury pool in the areas the trials would take place. Democrats have always been the party of “nullification”. Federal courts are located in large cities. Populations of large cities are mostly Democrats. Fair trial = not happening.

It would never be possible, maybe a first and too much to ask if "fox" investigating, had a capital "F".
