China's President Xi Jinping will deliver a "peace speech" on the anniversary of the invasion of Ukraine, Italy's foreign minister said on Friday, apparently continuing Beijing's line of urging peace while avoiding condemnation of its ally Russia.
Antonio Tajani told RAI Radio 1 that he used a meeting with his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi in Rome on Thursday to urge Beijing to use all its powers to persuade Russia to end the war while ensuring Ukraine's independence.
"He told me that Xi will deliver a peace speech on the anniversary of the invasion of Ukraine," Tajani said.

We must know that China is still a regime both authoritarian and totalitarian that violates not only the rights of Tibetan and Mongolian Buddhists and Muslim Uighur, but also its own Chinese citizens— increasing the sense of terror among the people and repressing any dissent. · 1.2 million Tibetans have been slaughtered since the Chinese occupation.
· Over six thousand monasteries and temples and historical structures looted and destroyed beyond repair.
· Tibet’s ecosystem has been severely damaged: vast regions of forest have been removed whilst numerous wildlife species decimated just for food by the Chinese.
· Tibet’s substantial mineral resources have been pillaged and continues to this date.
· One quarter of China’s nuclear missiles are stationed in Tibet.
· China is using Tibet as a dumping ground for nuclear waste.

If Russia takes over the Ukraine, any nation on its border
could not be a member of NATO according to Russia’s logic

So if a nation is confronted and told to drop out of NATO
and doesn’t, would Russia get the same free pass from you?

No, you don’t want to confront the logic that Russia let Eastern European nations join NATO, did not attack them, drew a line though with Ukraine joining, and like everyone else could hear Bush Jr and others after him openly speaking of having a desire to have Ukraine join NATO.
Putin won’t attack NATO members outside of Ukraine because he knows all NATO members would attack Russia, American support is slipping for defending Ukraine’s borders, among conservatives it is about gone, Americans are tired of the war drums against Iraq, then Libya, Yemen, Somolia, Syria, Ukraine, Iran, etc, etc, and if you and others here or anywhere support Biden egging this on (like he has numerous military interventions before this) then you have to go and fight in Ukraine.
Simple as that.
