We could easily secure whole border for $200 billion.
And, the $200 billion we spent a total waste because Ukraine never had a chance of winning a war against Russia. All our interference has done is killed tens of thousands of Ukrainians and resulted in the country shrinking.
That is absolutely fact which has been empirically demonstrated over and over again. Liberals are captivated and driven by raw emotions. Whatever they feel, is truth and correct to them. Feelings are all that matter to them, and they are nearly incapable of abstract critical thinking.

Just as a point of reference, the USA invested about $13 billion in the Marshall Plan to rebuild Europe after WW2
