Pennsylvania has the death penalty. But the state’s wonderful new liberal governor Josh Shapiro recently said that one of his goals is to abolish it.
No way will Shapiro sign an execution warrant. But since the killer was white, Shapiro probably will not pardon him either. So it will be three hots and a cot for him on the taxpayers’ dime for the next 25 years or more.
