Knowing they’re not going to fire him, I say he was angling to get canned by talking trash on the air so they’d have to write him a big check to go away. Called his bluff.
Every time I see clips of him on that show it’s obvious to me that he’s A) offended that he has to share a show with two women, and B) jealous that the two women are “prettier than him” (I’m not saying they are, just that that’s what’s going on in his fevered mind). It’s obvious that he HATES sharing the spotlight with them, and especially hates the fact they’re at least a little more quick-witted than he is (I know, that’s a very low bar).
He’s living out his own version of Mean Girls, and he passively aggressively snapped the other day by spouting ridiculous stuff about women in general, when you know he was clumsily trying to get in an implied dig against his co-hosts. The fact that he’s now attending sensitivity training (assuming it’s really happening) made me laugh out loud. What a self-destructive moron.
