Malcolm X’s family announced on Tuesday — the 58th anniversary of his assassination on February 21, 1965 — their plan to sue the CIA, FBI, New York Police Department (NYPD), and other institutions “for their handling” of his murder.
Benjamin Crump — an attorney known for his involvement with deaths focused on by news media, such as those of Trayvon Martin, Michael Brown, and George Floyd — joined two of Malcolm X’s daughters for a livestreamed announcement of the family’s planned lawsuit.

That all being said - exactly what are they going to base this lawsuit on? Do they have a smoking gun from whoever actually carried out the killing?

Note: it's wrong if they're Muslim. If they're not Muslim it's good to rape them, according to the original Muhammad. (They must be non-Muslim, not married to a Muslim, and old enough to have had their first period. Then it's okay to rape them.)

BUT BUT BUT... That’s because blacks can’t be responsible for anything in their lives because the world is so immersed in “white supremacy” whiteness has colonized black minds. All those black on Jew, asian, oriental, white, latino, elderly violent attacks are all because of white supremacy. Smaht professuhs said so.
I’ve seen too many fictionalized versions of his assassination to know. I am sure he was on the radars of and had contacts with/from the CIA and the FBI, but have no clue who was really behind the murder. And it was clearly pre-planned, multiple shooters. Doesn’t exactly sound like an FBI/CIA type of hit but then again they would want it to look that way if they did. More likely, his killing was sanctioned by some elements inside the Nation of Islam who didn’t want him to set up his own organization. He was slowly moving away from their Black Nationalism idea in general and had been more or less kicked out of the organization with nowhere to go but to start his own organization. He had a lot of followers and media attention. Three NOI members were convicted of the hit and if I recall at least one confessed.
With all this reparation’s talk, now is their time to rape the taxpayers.
