I used “forcibly” because Zelensky is having his Nazi goons kidnapping people off of the streets, doesn’t get any more forcible than that. Plenty of videos out there demonstrating this. So my use of “forcibly” was appropriate, not melodramatic.
When I was in the Navy there were some of those on my Destroyer. One guy from Canada, one from Germany and a lot of Filipinos. They get permanent residency after doing their hitch.
