Pretty sure someone just made this up. "Kremlin mouthpiece Vladimir Solovyov" has threatened pretty much every western country with nuclear attack, invasion, "denazification", etc. That's his job. He's like a Russian version of Michael Savage, with a little Alex Jones and Tucker Carlson thrown in. He's a clown and his target audience is Russians and Eastern Europeans, not the west.
