Perhaps she should remember the outcome of a few significant interventions the US has been involved in since WWII:
1948 - Fall of the Republic of China
1951 - Tibet annexed by China
1953 - Korean Armistice
1961 - Bay of Pigs
1975 - Fall of Saigon
1983 & 1984 - Beruit barracks bombing and US withdrawal from Lebanon
1993 - Battle of Mogadishu
2011 - US withdrawal from Iraq
2021 - Fall of Kabul & US withdrawal from Afghanistan
