Predicted this long ago. Lots of copper laying on the ground as people start running extension cords out to their cars. Plus all of those Tesla charging stations, most I’ve seen are completely unused.

Lots of copper laying on the ground as people start running extension cords out to their cars.

The smart ones use long extension cords so their cars aren't anywhere near their house when being charged. Replacing an extension is much cheaper and easier than replacing a house and its contents.
