Idk. Guess it depends on when you shop. Kohls is having a sale now with 80% off seasonal items. Sounds like TJMaxx or Marshall’s pricing & merchandising.

Kohls is slightly more tony. Think Macys vs. Woolworth, with Kohls playing the roll of Macys.

One is a retailer and the other is a outlet store.

In other words, every Kohls has the same products and what you get at TJ Maxx is a grab bag.

Now you know.

It is not particularly useful knowledge but you have it.
