They wouldn’t just be messing with Texas oil-there is Louisiana to the East, Oklahoma to the North, and both are going to ignore the fed to keep warm and not broke-and there is part of the Permian Basin in NM, where the transplant Cali bunch insist on depending on the sun and wind, so they won’t defend the oil patch with any serious action.
