Diversity is an obstacle to overcome, not a goal to achieve.
Well known adage for thousands of years, “united we stand, DIVIDED we fall.”
Now the supur dupur smart elites want everyone to believe division is strength.
“DIVERSITY”, the enemy’s secret weapon from within.....
The enemy promotes it as “strength”, but that’s an outright lie. In reality, it creates weakness by forcing compromise into highly specialized and dangerous tasks resulting in utter failure. It’s the weapon they used to initially “cracked the shell” of Rhodesia and South Africa. Look at those places today....utter failure. We’re headed that way and fast.
As much as I miss my time in the Air Force, I’m glad I left before this crap became mandatory for advancement. The “Quality Air Force” craze of the 1990s is looking more and more sane in retrospect.
We’re done.
Our country is being run by a bunch of morons.
Not my Air Force no mo.
More an Air Farce.
I live in Minot. Same base that in 2007 “accidentally” transported 6 nuclear warheads to Louisiana and no one knew until they were discovered in Louisiana. Oops.

"We". Yeah right.
I will argue that rather than morons, the nation is currently run by zealots.
Basic inequality must be rendered useful as a political reality. Zealots pander to the unequal to create the winning coalition.
The win is marginal. A small shift destroys the margin and results in catastrophe.
Conservatives should be cultivating and increasing the Afro Heritage minority-minority and thus destroy the Democrat party
Greenfield discusses what no one else will ...
Minot AFB went on celebrating black, Hispanic, Asian, Women’s and Indian heritage months while the base had a serious problem. That problem has now resulted in the ouster of six officers. While the details are still vague, it apparently involved a “non-compliant vehicle and equipment safety inspection” where “the non-compliance had been there for a while.”
While Minot AFB’s leaders were focused on complying with diversity and inclusion mandates and making sure that there were no bombs with “culturally insensitive phrases” falling on terrorists, the underlying problems that had been there all along, including in 2013 when the 91st Missile Wing scored a ‘D’ on ICBM launch operations and pulled 17 personnel who were on watch to launch missiles and nuke parts of the planet. All the diversity efforts had fixed nothing.

That’s for sure.
In organizational theory it’s well known that any large organization can only do one thing well. An example of this is education. When reading, writing and arithmetic were the focus of educators the system did an astounding job. When they added in political indoctrination you end up with schools that have zero students proficient in math. (My guess is the students aren’t proficient in anything else, either.) Incidentally, a corollary is that a company that buys companies in other businesses will run them all poorly for a similar reason. One business leader called it deworseiffication.
I noticed when General Dynamics started courses on “diversity” that they took up a lot of time, but the completion of tasks I was monitoring slowed more than the hours we spent getting indoctrinated. In discussing this, I found that employees were so disturbed that they spent time looking for other jobs, just sitting around seething with anger and other unproductive activities. All of this while charging the task they were supposed to be working on.
Bingo!
And when the organization is a federal government that is now larger (in $$ spent) than any of the 50 states ... how to manage that beast?
When you give people jobs who are not qualified or competent to do them what incentives are there for them to excel? None at all because they learn to advance without having to perform.
....agree....I’m seriously thinking about taking some classes in conversational Mandarin....might come in handy in the not-so-distant future..... jus’ sayin’ ....
Cultural, moral and ethical debasement have taken their toll on this once great country. And they are almost impossible to reverse.
