I cannot understand how taking away my guns and leaving me defenseless will make anyone else safer. The problem with violent crime is the elephant in the room no one is willing to discuss because of “racism”. It is largely young black and hispanic males killing other black and hispanic males. Leaving me unable to defend my home and family won’t address this issue.

The left cares nothing about safety. They merely use this as an excuse to push gun control when their real intent is to purposely disarm a certain segment of this country and only a certain segment. Modern day(key words) gun control dispproportionately impacts mostly Republican leaning voters and Democrats know this. That is why they push it incesantly. They want their enemies disarmed so they can engage a “Night of the Broken Glass” type event against them.

That is the irony of the left’s clamering for gun control. People who typically are the base of the DNC are overwhelmingly responsible for many of the murders and violence purpetrated by the use of firearms, yet after a murder the 1st thing leftist politicians do is run to the podium and start denouncing “gun culture” which is nothing more than a dog whistle against mostly white rural America who had nothing to do with the crime to begin with.
