Running a general contractor business, I had a few tear downs. I just tore down a 3 million house (that 3 years ago I built!) so the owner can build a bigger house - they also had me tear down an older house next door that was built in 1960s. They are building two homes, one of the homes will be for their kids (the oldest is 13). It will be their playhouse!
