Debbie Wasserman Schultz kicked things off. She was so livid over the exposure that she attacked Mr. Taibbi’s professional integrity and then went on to beclown herself further by suggesting both of these highly-respected journalists were now Republican stooges....

Chilling. We are closer to fascism than people realize. For the record, here is Webster’s definition: a political philosophy, movement, or regime (such as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic (ABSOLUTE) government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition. So our ‘esteemed’ Senate Majority Leader Schumer, (and Minority Leader McConnell) are FASCISTS, in the proper, classical definition.
I watched it twice yesterday. I may do it again once my jaws stop hurting from the $hit eating grins.

That was an amazing speech. Took note of his admission that he is a “traditional ACLU liberal” but had opened with his defense of the First Amendment, which clearly ranks higher with him. God works in some surprising ways. Hallelujah.
