"Parents livid over California school's 'mandatory' drag show"

Regarding understandably angry parents, the question of the century is this. Why aren't House majority, so-called "MAGA Republicans" doing their constitutionally enumerated duty to guarantee each state a republican form of government by introducing legislation to protect the voting power of parents paying to run public schools?

The legislation will do this by enforcing the due process of the wrongly ignored 12th Amendment (12A) and Section 2 of the 14th Amendment (14A) which was drafted specifically to protect ordinary qualified citizen voters from vote-counting fraud.

Regarding Section 2 of 14A above, consider that the post-Civil War congressional Republicans who drafted Section 2 made it to discourage Southern Democrats (my words) from rigging the ballot boxes that Democrats are now alleged to have done for 2020, 2022 and possibly earlier elections!

"Because slavery (except as punishment for crime) had been abolished by the Thirteenth Amendment, the freed slaves would henceforth be given full weight for purposes of apportionment. This situation was a concern to the Republican leadership of Congress, who worried that it would increase the political power of the former slave states, even as such states continued to deny freed slaves the right to vote." —Apportionment of Representatives

Trump's primarying of career state and federal lawmakers in 2022 was hopefully just for practice. He needs to do it again in 2024 so he can hopefully win Oval Office with new round of MAGA Republicans in Congress.

Patriots, the bottom line is this imo. What is your threshold of “pain” for peacefully stopping unconstitutionally big state and federal governments controlled by bully, constitutionally undefined political parties, from oppressing the people under their boots?

The inevitable remedy for ongoing, post-17A ratification, corrupt political party treason (imo)...

All MAGA patriots need to wake up their RINO federal and state lawmakers by making the following clear to them.

If they don’t publicly support either a resolution, or a Constitutional Convention, to effectively "secede" ALL the states from the unconstitutionally big federal government by amending the Constitution to repeal the 16th (direct taxes) and 17th (popular voting for federal senators) Amendments (16&17A), doing so before the primary elections in 2024, that YOU will primary them.

If the proposed amendment was limited strictly to repealing 16&17A, relatively little or ideally no discussion would be needed before ratification of the amendment imo.

With 16&17A out of the way, my hope is that Trump 47 becomes the FIRST president of a truly constitutionally limited power federal government.

In the meanwhile, I'm not holding my breath for significant MAGA legislation to appear in the first 100 days of new term for what may still prove to be another RINO-controlled House.

Again, Trump will hopefully do another round of primarying RINOs for 2024 elections.

Asking people to pledge allegiance to a flag is ridiculous. I took a much more meaningful Oath, and it never mentioned a flag.

...for peacefully stopping unconstitutionally big state and federal governments...

Dream on. It will take a shooting civil war to set things aright. That will never happen. All they need to do is take their time, and let the old folks die. All of the young ones have been fully indoctrinated already. They are the ones who will work against your every peaceful move.

All it will take for 16&17A to be repealed is for concerned citizens to do the following.

Citizens need to get their constitutionally clueless state government leaders up to speed with the constitutional reality that most of the federal taxes that people pay are constitutionally indefensible imo, taxes that post-17A ratification Congress cannot reasonably justify under its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers and a few other constitutionally enumerated expenses.

Repealing 16&17A will eliminate the unconstitutional middleman, the unconstitutionally big federal government, from "helping" the states to manage their revenues.

Once 16&17A are gone, the states will ultimately find new revenues to raise teacher salaries for starters, same for police and firefighters for example.

The states will also no longer need to beg feds for funding (stolen state revenues) for infrastructure or repair of infrastructure.

In fact, consider that Justice Louis Brandeis had reflected on Bingham's words from congressional record (above) when he introduced his "laboratories of democracy" metaphor to emphasize the 10A-protected power of the states to serve the people, ultimately depending on what state-based social spending programs the legal majority citizen voters of a given state want.

"[...] a single courageous State may, if its citizens choose, serve as a laboratory; and try novel social and economic experiments without risk to the rest of the country." —Justice Louis Brandeis, Laboratories of Democracy.

When I was a kid I had terrorizing fear of clowns, if I saw a clown even on TV I would freak out and let me say, if I was in school and that thing in the photo stepped into my class, I would have absolutely lost it. Even now it looks like a monster to me.
