The former president of Georgia – dubbed a nemesis of Putin – has claimed he hasn’t got much longer to live after being poisoned in jail.
Mikheil Saakashvili, who was leader of Georgia’s pro-Western government when Russia invaded in 2008, said his weight has almost halved in recent weeks.
He was recently transferred from prison, where he’s been serving time since 2018 for alleged corruption and abuse of power, to a secure clinic.
According to letters seen by Sky News, Mr Saakashvili wrote: ‘I was initially 120 kilograms, now I am 64, if I become less than 60 doctors predict multiple organ failure.’
He added: ‘I am in bed all the time, my bones are disintegrating and it gives [me] excruciating pain.’
Well, Epstein didn’t kill himself, so this can’t be a suicide.
