Why does the author not perceive Russias dire need for every munition available and is much more likely to be in need of Iran providing them weapons?

The priority of the site is to get hits via news, not by much analysis. But there is no contradiction, as the promise of Russian weapons is one for the future, though a little downpayment may take place 1st, in exchange for Iranian armaments now. Projectiles now, planes later.

Russia proves once again, as though proof is needed, that it is now and never has been an integral part of European civilization. It is an Oriental Despotism. Was, is now, and apparently ever shall be.
